It just amazes me how unreliable and arrogant some computer consultants are.
When you call them for help, you end up talking to their voicemail. When they finally get back to you they make you wait for hours or even days before they actually begin to look at your problem. A lot of them never really explain in plain English what they are doing or what the problem is, or tell you they know nothing about your accounting systems and can't help either. As a final insult, they bill you for work you aren't even satisfied with!
We thought "Enough is Enough" and decided to start a "one company revolution" and commit ourselves to delivering fast, efficient & affordable IT support from technicians who really know what they are doing.
infoCORE was started in 2005 with their primary focus on small businesses with 5 - 50 computers who rely on their computer systems and business applications like Pastel. We developed our practice around providing the best service possible and implemented our service guarantee.
We are located in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town and provide services to the greater Cape Town area, either on-site or remotely. Although most of our clients are in Cape Town we are able to offer our support services remotely to clients in other parts of the country too.

We specialise and focus on servers for small businesses and accounting and payroll solutions that suit them. We have been dealing with infoCORE since 2008. They did our full server and pastel installation, as well as setup all of our user PC’s and laptops. The service we received was excellent.
