Business Intelligence Centre (BIC)

Pastel's Business Intelligence Centre is a financial reporting tool that allows you to analyse your financial information in any way you wish. It dynamically links to Microsoft Excel where your information can be viewed and manipulated to give you greater insight into your business. Pastels Business Intelligence Centre comes with predefined reports that run straight out of the box. These can be modified and saved or you create your own reports from scratch. Either way, you get the information you want in the format you need.

Pastel Point of Sale (POS) is an affordable, simple and secure retail solution that is powerful, yet easy to set-up and operate. It is keyboard and barcode scanner friendly for fast processing and has simple screens and large display areas that make this cashier-based system ideal for any till point.

Bank Manager

Pastel Bank Manager allows you to import your downloaded bank statement directly from internet banking into your cash books. It streamlines the process by allowing you setup frequent transactions once, which will then be recognised in future bank statements. Pastel Bank Manager will allocate an account and description to regular transactions. It reduces human capturing errors thereby making reconciling simple and quick. Pastel Bank Manager makes capturing your cash books easier, quicker and more accurate than ever before. Saving you time so you can concentrate on more important issues.

Cash Manager

Pastel's new Cash Manager Module is a new module designed to help maintain your debtors. It is suitable for any business that needs to improve their debt collection and help manage their outstanding debts. By keeping track of your debtors and their aging in one easy to use place, you can ensure you get paid on time and can avoid those "cheque's in the post" excuses. Who knows, it could even reduce the number of staff employed to chase debtors. This improved efficiency saves time and money and greatly improves your cash flow - something we all need in the current economic climate..

Manufacturing

This module is for companies that manufacture or build stock items from other stock items. It enables you to create "recipes" of you finished goods from your component stock items.  This keeps accurate records of stock quantities and cost prices of finished goods and components. Additional costs of labour and overheads can be included to ensure you are charging the correct amount for your manufactured items.

Multi-Currency

The Multi-Currency module allows you to keep track of your overseas suppliers, customers and bank accounts.  You can create up to 30 different currencies and a simple revaluation with a click of a button works out your profit and loss on exchange for you. This can be done as often as required to keep your foreign accounts up to date.

Multi-Stores (Warehouses)

Pastel's Multi-Stores module allows you to keep track of inventory items in multiple stores or warehouses. It integrates with the inventory module and allows for transfers between stores and sales from particular stores. This enables accurate stock quantities in multiple locations and easier stock taking for particular stores or warehouses.

Serial Number Tracking

If your business requires the need to track serial numbers of inventory items then Pastel's Serial Number Tracking module is the perfect solution. You can track serial numbers from purchase or manufacture through to sale and for warranty purposes.
