Employee Self Service (ESS)
The Employee Self Service Module is a tool that allows employees to manage their details online. It also allows employees to apply for leave, salary advances, loans or other applications. They can view previous payslips, submit travel claims and update personal information in real time.
These requests are then sent through the workflow to managers who can accept or decline these requests. Keeping the employee up to date and saving data capturing time by the payroll department. This solution is ideal for staff who work remotely and companies with remote branches.
Third Party Payments
With the Third Party Payments Module any deductions or contributions to third parties can be made with the click of a button. This eliminates human errors and saves processing time at month end. A fantastic module for companies with multiple Medical Aid or provident/pension funds and garnishee orders.
Multiple Transactions Module
The Multiple Transactions Module allows for multiple editing of payroll data instead of editing each employee one at a time. Great for pay increases across the board or for putting the entire work force on leave during shut down periods.
Salary Structuring
Pastel's Salary Structuring Module is great for structuring employees remuneration based on a cost-to-company package. By simply entering the total package value and various components of the package, Pastel Payroll will calculate the remaining cash portion of the salary. |
